Steve Steiner specializes in marriage and family counseling, with a primary focus on relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and divorce. Over the course of his career, he has also worked extensively with children and families, including play therapy and cases involving trauma and sexual abuse.
At the practice, Steve works with both children (ages 10 and older) and adults, providing support across the lifespan with an approach that is adaptable to each client’s needs. Steve is especially experienced in working with blended families, drawing not only from his professional background but also his personal experience as part of a blended family with six children. Originally from Miami, Steve relocated to Sarasota in 1987, where he has continued to live and practice.
