Patrick Way, APRN

Patrick Way is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of professional nursing experience spanning medical-surgical and mental health settings. He brings a depth of clinical knowledge and leadership to his practice, having served as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and as both an Inpatient and Residential Nurse Manager at the Apalachee Center. Throughout his career, Patrick has developed specialized expertise working with crisis stabilization and forensic residential patients.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, where he laid the foundation for a career dedicated to patient-centered care. He later advanced his education by completing his Master of Science in Nursing at Eastern Kentucky University. A Florida native who grew up on the outskirts of Orlando, Patrick is proud to serve the Tallahassee community.

Patrick has a particular passion for working with adults 18 years of age and older, providing thoughtful and comprehensive psychiatric care across a wide range of mental health needs. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active through weightlifting and unwinding with video games.
