We are pleased to provide secure and convenient telehealth visits. Please review the instructions below to prepare for your appointment:

How It Works:

Before your scheduled telehealth visit, you will receive an email.
This email will include a secure, personalized Zoom link to connect with your provider.
You can also access your telehealth appointment directly through the patient portal.
Each appointment receives its own unique link, so you’ll get a new email (and portal access) before every scheduled telehealth session.

Tips for the Best Experience

Choose a quiet, private space for your visit.
Use a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.
Log in from a desktop, laptop, or device with the Zoom app installed.
Test your connection before your appointment by visiting: https://zoom.us/test.
Click the JOIN MEETING link a few minutes before the scheduled start time to give your device time to connect.
Have your medications list and ID ready.
