We want your experience with WellStead Mental Health to be clear and straightforward, starting with how we handle billing and insurance.

Below, you’ll find important info about payment policies, accepted insurance plans, and how we work with out-of-network patients.

In-Network Insurance Plans

We are currently in network with the following providers:

As a courtesy, we will file claims directly with these insurance companies on your behalf.

Out-of-Network Patients

We gladly welcome out-of-network patients. However, please note:

The full cost of the visit is due on the date of service.
We are unable to file claims for out-of-network plans.
If you would like to submit your own claim, we can provide you with the necessary documentation.

Before your appointment, we require you to complete and return our Patient Acknowledgement Form – Price Guide to confirm that you understand our billing policy.

Important Billing Details

  • Co-pays for in-network plans are due at the time of your visit.
  • Full payment is required on the date of service for out-of-network patients.
  • Our office does not handle prior authorizations for office visits. Please contact your insurance provider directly if needed.
  • All patient balances are the responsibility of the patient, regardless of insurance status.
