When appropriate, our specialists can prescribe and monitor medications to help manage various mental health conditions. We take an extremely cautious approach, prescribing the lowest effective dose and monitoring for any side effects.

Second Opinion

Our CAPRC offers specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents while providing valuable training for resident physicians under the direct supervision of Dr. Mark Strickland, our experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

What Makes CAPRC Special:

Residents are licensed physicians in their second year of specialty training
Dr. Strickland supervises all clinic visits and is on-site during every appointment
Dr. Strickland personally sees you and/or your child during your appointment
Enhanced learning environment provides thorough, comprehensive care
Each resident spends 2 months in the clinic before continuing their training
